RIVER ROAD CAMP is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River, just a short drive from the city of New Braunfels. RIVER ROAD CAMP has been family owned and operated since the 1950's.  Enjoy the cool refreshing waters of the River.  Tubing, Rafting, fishing and swimming are among the chosen activities to enjoy while camped with us.  Reservations are recommended for the Summer.  Spring, Fall, and Winter offer peace and quiet in a Beautiful South Central Texas setting.  Trout are stocked annually. RIVER ROAD CAMP is located on a section of the Guadalupe River that has a 5 trout per day limit with no size restrictions.  A trout stamp and fishing license are required.  Reservations are usually not required for the Spring, Fall, and Winter.  Extend your stay and enjoy many area attractions such as Schlitterbahn, Historic Gruene, Tx., Natural Bridge Caverns and great outlet mall shopping in New Braunfels and nearby San Marcos.  Sea World and Fiesta Texas are both only a drive away.  Stay with us as you enjoy Texas' biggest Octoberfest, Wurstfest in New Braunfels, held each year between the last weekend in October and the first two weekends in November, we do recommend reservations for this celebration.  Give us a call and camp with us today!!

RIVER ROAD CAMP PRICE LIST
(effective 5/24/99)

RV Hook-Ups    $20.00 for 2 adults
Tent Area with electricity   $18.00 for 2 adults
Tent (primitive)   $16.00 minimum for 2 adults

Extra adults in sites are $6.00 each, children between 6-15 are $1.00 each
children 5 and under are free

Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per space

Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Deposit must be received at least one week in advance of arrival or reservations will be canceled!

Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.

DIRECTIONS

From Austin and Dallas: take IH-35 south, exit #189 and turn right onto Loop 337.  Travel 4 miles to River Road.
Turn Right again.  River Road Camp is 4 ¾ miles ahead.
From Houston: take IH-10 West. Take exit #607 to Highway 46.  Turn Right and drive 16 miles to River Road.
River Road Camp is 4 ¾ miles ahead.
From San Antonio/Corpus Christi. Take IH-35 north exit at Loop 337 exit #184.  Turn Left and drive 5.2 miles to River Road, turn left.  River Road Camp is 4 ¾ miles ahead.
